Spacious bedrooms to feel good

The master bedroom containing a spacious double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath tub is situated on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace. On the first floor, you find two more bedrooms with a double bed each and a fantastic view over the bay. Those two rooms share a large bathroom with a shower and are connected via a small extra room which is great if you need a calmer place to work or read. Therefore, high bandwidth wifi is available throughout the house. Also on the first floor is the cozy TV corner with a smart TV and many bookshelves to read through.

A kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired

On the ground floor is the open kitchen, which seamlessly flows into the living room.  At the large dining table you can enjoy dinner with a wonderful view of the sea, while the comfortable sofa and well-stocked bookshelves invite you to read and relax.  

The annex - to bring even more people together

If you want to accomodate even more people, the annex will offer you one more bedroom, a living room plus a separate bathroom. It can be accessed via a small staircase from the terrace and is situated on top of the two garages belonging to the house. Also from the annex, you can enjoy the beautiful view  over the bay. 

On the grounds

The terrace is surrounding the house by all sides and is connecting the house to the annex. Two garages offer a lot of golfing, finishing and paddling equipment to discover and use for your entertainment. To access the water, you can easily walk down one of the staircases that lead to the sea: one leads you to the entry point for kajaking or swimming, the other one to a separate platform which allows you to sit directly by the sea.
